The building is Okay. But most of the elevators are not working so there are long lines of waiting for the elevator. Some residents are getting angry because of it. They should fix it asap to reduce waiting time and for the people to find this building more comfortable.
I've been here for the Ball Pit Nation a month ago and the building is alright. The elevators, according to those who've been there for quite some time now (people who were also waiting for the elevators) say that it's been like that since long before. The exterior design of the building looks like it's there for ages, and the inside, most especially the lobby is hot as heck.
Name cant be seen from the street. CRs are not that good.
Security is fine, guard ask for your id .. But the problem is the elevators not all are working and because of this you have to wait a little bit longer. Building looks a well built but im not sure as im not a professional lol
The building is quite old and needs a lot of improvement especially with the elevators. Usad-pagong talaga yung mga lifts at isa pa lang yung functioning na paakyat ng 31st floor. Hope they'd invest on these facilities more.
Building is nice but not all elevators are working. When I was there, only 2 or 3 elevators are available. When you enter the lobby, it is not airconditioned.
Not all elevators are operating, and it takes forever to line up due to the networking people lining up as well, even thought they are separated, going down is a hassle. The restrooms are also very dark and dirty with wet floors and cockroaches.
The location is great, just across from Robinson Galleria and accessible by a walk bridge. The building itself is dirty,but the archetecture is beautiful.
